First Week of FREE Workout Classes

This week is our first week of FREE workout classes at Endurance gym. Yes, I said free! This is an incredible opportunity to connect with people in the group and also to work towards your goals in this challenge. Here is a description of the class for the next six weeks.

Class: cardio/strength circuit challenge 6:45pm to 7:15pm


This class will be a series of cardio exercises and strength training exercises performed in 1 minute intervals. This will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular system!
